Remelted Lead

We are engaged in the production and importation of Remelted Lead Ingots, which are manufactured using Raw Lead, Battery Scraps, Lead Scraps, and other Lead-based scraps. These ingots or blocks consist of approximately 97-99% Lead Metal, along with trace Impurity Elements (approximately 2-3%) such as Antimony, Tin, Arsenic, Iron, Bismuth, Copper, Silver, and more.

Commercially, this product is referred to as ‘Raw Lead’ or ‘Lead Bullion.’ It serves as a starting material, undergoing further refining processes to achieve the high purity level of 99.97%, known as Pure Lead. Additionally, it can be utilized in the formulation of specific Lead Alloys.

The production of Remelted Lead Ingots involves the smelting process, carried out in either Blast Furnaces or Rotary Furnaces. India holds a significant position as one of the major importers of this product.
